Our 8-day Africa wildlife safari specifically includes four national parks of the Northern Circuit: Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti National Park, Lake Manyara National Park and Tarangire National Park.
This specific African safari and travel itinerary has been designed for visitors who want to see the 4 most important national parks in the North! This trip is also ideal for photographers who like to see a lot of wildlife, including the big 5.
This unforgettable African safari will take you to the Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a shallow but huge soda lake, located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. This park is famous for it’s tree-climbing lions.
The next day we drive to Tarangire National Park, which features some of the greatest concentration of game in Tanzania – second only to the Ngorongoro Crater – but less crowded and unspoiled – possessing a wild and unkempt beauty.
After that, we go to the Ngorongoro Crater and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, featuring one of the highest concentrations of game and arguably the densest population of predators and carnivores in Africa.

DAY 1: KILIMANJARO AIRPORT – ARUSHA
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Pick up and meet your guide, then drive to Arusha Town, almost 45 min drive from the Airport to town for overnight.
DAY 2: ARUSHA – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After some shopping in Arusha we drive to Tarangire National Park. Afternoon game drive in this beautiful National Park, with chances of seeing lions, elephants, wildebeest, eland, zebra, hartebeest, Oryx and many more.
DAY 3: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK – LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
Early morning game drive in Tarangire National Park. Afterwards we drive to Lake Manyara National Park, Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife area, consisting of a shallow but huge soda lake, at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. Lake Manyara is famous for its tree climbing lions.
DAY 4: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK – SERENGETI (NDUTU)
We drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands towards the Ngorongoro Conservation area, with spectacular Crater view, on the way to the endless plains of the Serengeti. On this day it is possible to visit a MaasaiBoma (kraal) to get more familiar with their daily life activities (optional). Serengeti is famous for the big migration and chances of seeing the big 5 and other game.
DAY 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK (SERONERA)
Early morning game drive in Ndutu and transfer through the Serengeti to Seronera Area which is in Central Serengeti. Seronera has much water all year round, so many animals. Seronera is also home to a permanent population of hippos.
DAY 6: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – NGORONGORO CRATER
Early Morning game drive in the Seronera Here we to catch up with the African wild sunrise with active animals in the morning, like lions, leopards and cheetahs. Before we leave Seronera We can make a stop in the Serengeti Migration Centre and Olduvai Gorge (famous and interesting place where our ancestors have been found). Transfer to the Ngorongoro Crater, game drive en route.
The Ngorongoro Crater is featuring one of the highest concentrations of game in Africa. Here you will witness an amazing spectacle of African wildlife, inside a self-contained world teeming with animals, with very good chances of seeing the big 5.
DAY 7: NGORONGORO CRATER
Early morning adventure in the Ngorongoro Crater where there are high chances of seeing THE BIG FIVE. The crater also includes a spectacular Soda lake with flamingos. Afternoon lunch at Hippo Pool Picnic site is an unforgettable experience. In the afternoon we leave the crater and drive to our lodge.
DAY 8: NGORONGORO CRATER – KILIMANJARO AIRPORT – FLIGHT
Today we drive to Arusha/Kilimanjaro International Airport for your outbound flight. Optional game drive in Arusha National Park in the afternoon if time allows.
